Las primeras unidades de Electro Separación del Agua y Oxidación Avanzada para tratamiento de purines se encuentran de camino a España.
Estas unidades formarán parte de la primera planta que se instalará en el último trimestre de 2018 en Aragón con sistema patentado de tratamiento de aguas residuales “DEPUPORC®”, protegido por patente española y está desarrollado sobre la última tecnología en electro coagulación y oxidación avanzada de agua.
El sistema “DEPUPORC®” está acreditado por el INSTITUTO ARAGONES DE GESTION AMBIENTAL del GOBIERNO de ARAGON como método de tratamiento de depuración de estiércol líquido generado en explotaciones porcinas como reductor de parcelas vinculadas a la explotación por reducciones de nitrógeno en porcentajes superiores al 75%.
Adicionalmente a la reducción obtenida de Nitrógeno, el sistema “DEPUPORC®”, también obtiene las siguientes reducciones:
– Fosforo: 99%
– Demanda química de Oxigeno: 95%-99%
– Metales pesados (Cu/Zn): 99%
– Bacterias: 100%
– Turbiedad y Olor: 100%
El sistema “DEPUPORC®”, es reconocido y preseleccionado por el MINISTERO DE AGRICULTURA, ALIMENTACION Y MEDIO AMBIENTE del GOBIERNO DE ESPAÑA a través del FONDO DE CARBONO FES-C02 como PROYECTO CLIMA PILOTO en la convocatoria de 2018.
